Cat-Back Recommendations
The dual cutout is going to be a little overkill for a somewhat stock car. I assume its stock since he is looking for a catback and not true duals. A single cut out will out flow a cat-back. And cost maybe $75 start to finish.
True that it would, myself i wouldnt even add a cutout till i had LTs, ORY or X w/e setup u go with. I'm also waiting till i finish the cam swap for the cutouts. I'm guessing he is just looking for cat back only not really cut outs ne ways.
i think its about cost and sound. if you want quiet / reasonable then my edelbrock RPM, or hooker or magnaflow. these cost between $300 - $450. SLP dual / dual is quiet but cost more. borla / corsa / gmmg probably cost $600-800 just a guess. i saw a test comparison and they all flow about the same (thru the muffler) borla you can change plates and open exhaust. tunable.
Thanks for the info guys. The car will most likely remain fairly mild, but I do like the idea of a nice rumble at idle and really hearing it at WOT. Trying not to to stick a whole lot of cash into it right now, as this is a secondary project car and should be much more of a daily driver.
