Default Will this head setup be enough?

I am pretty locked onto purchasing either a Thunder Racing TR230/224-111 cam, or a TR227/224-114 cam. I am also looking at a set of heads to compliment it. I was looking at livernois motorsport's Stage 1 or 2 LS6 heads. As this car is primarily my daily driver and will see the track once every couple weeks during the summer I have a few questions for you guys. My questions are:

1. Will the stage one heads be able to handle the lift from either cam?

2. Would the performance benefit of going to stage 2 heads be worth the extra investment?

3. Are both cams what most of you would consider street driveable?

Below I will include links to all products so you guys don't have to do a ton of searching. Thanks for all the help, I really appreciate it!

Livernois Stage 1 Heads

Livernois Stage 2 Heads

As all TR cams are on one page I will seperate the info here.

TR227/224-114 = 227/224 .569/.563 114 LSA

TR230/224-111 = 230/224 .575/.563 111 LSA

Thanks again for any and all help!

I know the Stage 1 heads say they will support .580 inch lift. However, both of those cams will be close to that and one will be .576 inch lift. I guess my main question is will the springs be ok running that close to limits all the time? Should I just go ahead and pickup the stage 2 heads?

Funkster,

I would also play it on the safe side and run our stage 2's, we do a little more work to our 2's, so they do actually flow better then advertised (and better then the stage 1's) so there is more then just a spring difference there. Plus if you ever want to grow the stage 2's more capable spring will allow for this.
