I think your the only person on here who wants their car to sound like a Mustang. I like to make the Mustangs sound weak.

i don't particularly want my car to sound like a mustang, though mustangs sound very good and have a very solid exhaust, 5.0 is one of the best exhaust notes i can think of and many will agree but by no means do i want it to sound exactly like a mustang just a solid sound with no rasp and a deep gargle which the single chamber offers

Default flowmaster for LT1, Hooker for LS1

Ok After reading this thread I see why your torn..in my experiece Flowmaster Sounds good to me on a stock LS1 with no other exhaust mods. Once you put headers and ORY then it goes to garbage in performance and Sound. Where as Hooker is opposite

LS1 and keeping it stock Flowmaster *** , Just like a LT1
LS1 and going with LT's and ORY Hooker ***

What I have(01 MS6) and voted for is HOOKER
I have Jet-hot LT with hooker ORY(no cats) and Hooker Exhaust with GMMG tips.

Well i figure i think if i can save i can afford to buy headers and y pipe and the hooker catback, then i need a tune, oh and also rear tires this is going to be expensive i can tell. but if i can save good enough and use my income tax return in case the clutch goes, then im safe! i was more or less scared the clutch will go! now once i have headers and y pipe and tune will it make the clutch go way faster? I cruise i dont beat or race my car. But incase a mustang trys something then i would race, no way i would let a mustang starre me down! haha lol. thanks.
