Yes, buy it. Usually yields a tenth or two at the track, but the horsepower gains are minimal.

The only gains are from less rotating mass, so the engine rev's more freely.

Hope this helps.

ermmm i dunno about that, but pullies will let the engine rev faster, and they have shown track gains. so go for it.

i haven't heard that, a pulley is all i am lacking but i have a good size stereo so i would be losing the stereo for a couple hp i don't need....it is all about what your game is, if you are all track, then that extra tenth could mean the world!!

I have just the crank pulley and i am pushed two amps with a stock alternator...rockford power 500x1 watt amp and a mcintosh 50x4 watt amp and my lights just dim a little bit at a light or idle when i really got it cranked up loud...i wouldnt recommend putting the underdrive alternator pulley on too just the 25% crank and stock alternator or overdrive alternator if you are still worried...

THEY WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE, but it wont be on the dyno. They will let the car rev more freely, gaining you a couple tenths at the track, or that extra little bit on the street. With a cam they help because, once again, the car revs more freely and the cam makes power as you go through the power band. It will help you reach your peak faster.

$100 for the set is a GREAT deal and I would not pass it up.

i heard the alt pulley doesnt help too much, except maybe give you charging problems @ low rpm? i just bought the UD crank pulley back when i got mine. 100 bux is a steal though. go for it!! does he have the shorter belts to go with your pullies too? grab them up as well. youll need em
