Default question about header rust

oh my pacsetter lt's are starting to get some surface rust on them i was wonder how i could get it off. would eagles never dull work or would it make the headers more **** to get rust on them?

there ceremaic coated so how can i remove the surface rust on them with out messing up the ceremaic coating?

It's inevitable. Shoulda got stainless if you are worried bout rust.

that really didnt awnser my question. i wanted to know what i should use to remove the rust with out messing up the headers.

I did answer it. It's inevitable. Try soapy water.

If it's down by the collector where they are underneath the car I'd just forget about it. To my knowldege you can't stop it.

i see tryed some ofthat never dull and it seemed to work on some spots.

You could try just using some grey high temp paint and spraying over it might slow down the surface rust.

There's no way to prevent it.
You might try scuffing it off w/steel wool or something then using high temp paint on it.

yeah and then the high temp paint is gonna flake off in 3 months. I had a set of use hooker headers on my car when I bought them I sandblasted them and then repainted with high temp and it was gone in 3 months.
