why not try the dynomax bullet mufflers, thats what i got, and to me they sound bad ***, w/ my cam. but if i had to pick between the 2 you want, go with flows

Yes its throaty. Its by far the best sound that ive heard from an Fbody. Love the sound.

ive heard xr1's on baby cams that sounded like ****, but on a big cam they sound mean.

Love my XR-1's (oval 2.5 in and out, 16"). 1 chambers are as obnoxious sounding as bullets. The only difference is the unique flowmaster "tin" sound. IMHO

XR-1's are a very deep, throaty and docile muffler until you go WOT. Then you get a very refined ROAR. It's not obnoxiously loud but it sure as hell will turn a few heads

My car is the blue (looks black) car in the video. At the time my setup was a slipping spec 3+ clutch (you can hear it ) G5X3 112 cam, lid, tune and the exhaust setup in my sig (was dumped instead of under the axle in the video)

i had the xr1 with my y pipe but now i have magna packs with my off road x. setup is 1 7/8s american racing headers, off road x with magna packs dumped before the axle. it sounds good its just to loud for me. maybe if it wasnt dumped it wouldnt be so bad but its really loud inside the car and drones bad. this is on a 408 with a big cam also though
