another exhaust question...

um - I think we may need some more info in order to answer that question intelligently. Otherwise, all you are gonna get is everyone telling you why what they have is the best.
Are we talking about stock manis and cats or ORY and LT's? Is price or durability an issue? What kind of sound do you prefer?
Throw us a freakin' bone here!

Depends on your mods and how loud you want it to be. The magnaflow and hooker will be pretty quiet on a stock motor. The LM will be loud. You really can't compare it to the other 2. All of them will be loud if you are heavily modded. But out of those 3 the LM will always be the loudest.

ok i have the mods that are under my sig and there probably wont be too many more mds coming any time soon....dont worry about price, just stick with the three above as i know i can afford those come tax return lol...i want a deep muscle car tone, not a raspy ricer sound....its most likely gonna stay stock manifold and y pipe with cat cuz i have emission test here...also will having any of these with the stock cat affect an emission test?

which of the two would sound best? and is it really worth it to get custom true duals? i've heard mixed reviews and after reading everything on here its still a toss up as far as can tell...

custom duals were worth it to me, but you have to worry about emissions so you cant take off the cats and will probably have to fab up more exhaust system than I had to. To be able to keep the inspectors off your back, clearance is not an issue if you get the right mufflers and have someone who knows what they are doing install the system.

duals sound and perform great, but they can present ground clearance problems with some setups. I personally like the LM2 the best for an otherwise stock setup. I don't think that either LM1 or LM2 will give you a rasp problem on a car running stock manis and cats. The Hooker and Magnaflow sound just slightly louder than stock when you are running manis and cats. That is why I think that they are just too quiet.

Most people like the sound of the LM1 and LM2 on stock manifolds and cats. The LM2 is a little more forgiving than the LM1 if you later add headers, cam, or ORY because it is a bullet muffler. The cool thing is that the LM1 and LM2 mufflers are interchangeable. You can buy either catback and both mufflers and swap mufflers as you see fit. You can also swap in a magnaflow bullet or borla bullet and further customize the sound. Just realize that the LM1with any later additions of Headers, cam, and/or ORY pipe will turn your car into an obnoxious and raspy bitch.
