which one is better of the 2,as far as h/p and tq #'s,fit,

Lid and one of the many ram air setups would be best. There are countless threads where this debate is going on. Some say the volant and k&n setups are better, but if you look around at everyones sig you will see a overwhelming majority running a lid+ ram air set up. There are a few kits, just search around and find the best setup for you and your budget.

i've seen,but figured most didn't wanna fork out 3xx.bills for the k&n

lid = ok
