Default Stock computer limitations

I have a 1999 Z28/A4. I have an MTI lid and smooth bellows on it. Can I put an LS6 intake, TB and MAF on it without upgrad ing the fuel system?

Yes, You don't need to upgrade the fuel system until you get over about 425RWHP

Do the same rules apply for the 98 LS1?

'98 had bigger injectors, so I'd say so. '99/'00 had 26#ers. To make
the most of what you have, a clean fuel filter and a lean top end
PE (leaner than stock, that is) are probably the two best things.
