Our special is wrapping up at the end of this month. If you've wanted a fender mount water methanol injection system this is a great opportunity to get in on one of our under the hood fender/firewall mount systems.

This may seem kinda dumb but i'm new to this. Where would one get the water/meth solution to use? And how expensive is it? If it raises the octane 10 to 15 points, could you run the injection constantly to get better performance and mileage? What I'm basically wondering is if it may actually reduce gas bills?

As for increasing gas mileage we have not found this to make substantial worth while increases in gas mileage just yet.

Hi AIS,
I'm curious as to what testing/experiences you have running water and/or water/meth injection with a nitrous setup. I'm work a lot with the diesel pickup performace arena, and there has always been a stigma about running nitrous with water injection since many believe it will freeze the water droplets in the intake tract. In these cases water injection is primarily used for EGT reduction and water/meth (up to 30-40%) is used for a moderate power increase. For small "dry" nitrous sprays (.125 jets and smaller) I have never witnessed any freezing when used side by side with water injection systems (400 psi injection pressure, up to six 625 ml/hr nozzles), so I have never seen an issue with running them together. In our cases the air streams where the nitrous/water/meth is injected is up to 80psi and range from 100-250F. Again, just wondering what info you may have regarding the safety of using the two together assuming that both are being used correctly.
Thanks!
