Exclamation Help with FAST intake Evap line
I have a buddies Fast 90mm intake and his hard evap line coming off the intake is broke off. Has anyone made a repair like this before?
One idea I had was drilling it out and putting in a brass evap fitting from an LS1/LS6 intake.
Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a pic for reference.

jb weld never herd of anyone doing that before. by the picture it looks thick, how did you break it

He gave it to me to refinish (paint) and it was broke off when I got it. He is aware of this and we are trying to figure out the best way to fix it as he has no idea where the original end is.

I have no idea how it broke, and we do not know where the end is. If anyone has a spare end let me know..

u might be able to drill and tap it for a barbed fitting also.

I thought about that, but havent found a barbed fitting that will allow the factory evap to clip on as it did originally.

I am about to cut up an LS1 intake and get the brass fitting out of it. Drill it and install it. Does anyone know how they are installed in the factory intakes?

u also could just run rubber line instead of the hardline from the evap to the intake

Tap and use a barb fitting like Phoenix 5.7, said and just change the line like i did .see in pic.

also, if u are interested, u can relocate the the evap to under the fuse boxes and just run a rubber line to the intake. u just have to extend the wires for the connection
