for a stock car, the gains from going with this y pipe would be very minimal. probably around 5rwhp.

I actually swapped out my JetHot LT headers for the stock manifolds to help spool my turbo faster. If you building a NA motor, then you'll want headers. I plan on just swapping this ory with my catted stock y when i need to visit the CA smog police.
