I wish you nothing but the best of luck, but they aren't gonna help you at all. They have your money at this point and will simply imply you're a "problem customer" instead of a customer with problems. When they start telling you something along the line of "You just don't understand, you just don't get it" you will see what I mean.
But give it a whirl, perhaps your experience will be different than most others..

Are you using the QTP Y pipe designed for the headers?

Crap, I've had enough problems trying to get the headers to clear I haven't even started on the y-pipe yet. QTP is DEFINITELY going to get a piece of my mind if I have this problem. Let me know if anyone from QTP gets in touch with you because I'd like to know if they stand behind their product or not.

What is that? Doesn't look to be a Y-pipe and since it is Flowmaster it isn't QTP. So it looks like you have a Flowmaster merge and you have it in the wrong direction. That looks like the single outlet end not the merge. Also you will need to go from your headers to a series of 45's to get over where the merge is really designed to be located on the passenger side of the torque arm. I would/did a custom Y to the merge. Let me dig up my pictures because what I am seeing here has zero to do with QTP.

I borrow that 3" round dia. Flowmaster (6" length straight) pipe from my friend to check if those QTP 3" collecters would be clearance from floorboard. Look at #1.
At Passenger side collector is perfect and cleared from floorboard.
That flowmaster pipe I will not use that. I plan build Spintech mufflers/custom Y-pipes then goes out to boom tube.

I'm pretty sure QTP's Y pipe is made by Flowmaster.
I know QTP doesn't make it.
