You mean the dent on the top/right side?

That is for the fuel rail so it can fit over the top of the intake.

Interesting, thanks. Never noticed that on other FAST's. Maybe showed up a little better becuase its black.

...but am I hearing that there's no difference in the powerband from this and the 90/90???

So a ported 92mm FAST is going to flow more air but won't make anymore power ??

Ron I have to ask when you say won't make anymore power is that because you don't consider 5 more rwhp "more power". I would expect a ported 92mm combo to allow more air in and therefore make a few more horsepower.

Bottom line it sounds like ported 90 owners should stick and stay and allow everyone who has been running ls1/ls6 manifolds to upgrade now and say nah nah nah nah. LOL.

Wont make more power because it is the same exact design internally. Same dimensions. The only thing bigger is the 92mm opening in the front. Since a 90mm opening will outflow the runners, it shouldnt make any difference.

Thanks for the info. I am just trying to find out about the 92 mm Fast.

What about when you port it? Will porting help at all ???
