Default Pacesetter headers into QTP catted Y Pipe into stock exhaust?? Decent fit??

I picked up a set of coated pacesetters already but I don't have a Y pipe. I want the car to be as quiet as possible hence this will be going into the stock cat-back with an electric cut-out. I have heard the pacesetter catted Y pipe fits terrible. What about a QTP catted Y pipe like whats seen here:
http://www.quicktimeperformance.com/...ls1headers.php

The Pacsetter Y Pipe is ~ $200 cheaper. Would I be able to stop some of the banging with some rubber mounts? What about vibrations? If the Pacesetter catted Y will be doable, I'll go with it and save the money but if its going to be a nightmare, what about the QTP catted Y?

Thanks guys!!

What about the Texas Speed Y-pipe?

I've been contemplating the Pacesetter/Hooker headers with that y-pipe...

Their Y-Pipe is much better I believe. I think you'll have to tweak whatever Y-pipe you end up going with though. The only one I know of that fits perfect is the ARH combo.

Thanks guys. On my '98 Formy I went with Macs into an offroad pipe and hated the raspy sound of it. I don't want to go that route with this set-up and then have to spend several hundred dollars to 'fix' what I should have done right the first time. I figure if it bangs the floor board, I'll figure something out....lol

Thanks for the help guys!!
