I actually just did that exact swap about a month ago. The Moroso is a fair amount quieter and doesn't have the rasp like the LM. It's pretty much a direct replacement. Just cut the SLP resonator out and replace it with the Moroso. Make sure whoever does it, welds around the connection. The first time the exhaust shop just tried using clamps and it leaked pretty bad. I took it back and had them weld it and it's been fine ever since.
