Ya, your a paying customer. take it back and bitch at them for there horrible work. Take pics of others setups in there with you backing your point that they fit just fine with a sway bar. IMO i would run dumps before i ever ran my duals under the axle, bue either way it should be done how you want it, reguardless if it rubs/hits something. Its your car and you live with it every day. They need to make it right. Your car looks nice, your exhaust looks like a **** i took 10min ago.
OKay im going to be very honest. Two different points come to mind. One.... the job was not properly done and I, personally, would be inclined to ask for my money back and I would put my own stuff back on including the sway bar. Removing a sway bar does not make a car DANGEROUS to drive.... you just shouldnt take corners like you used to do. Just take them at grandma speeds. But heres where it gets complicated.... Two......it looks like you took them a big pile of used **** in the first place. The shop can only do as good of a job as the stuff they have to work with. Whoever sold you that shitty exhaust setup should be punched in the throat for attempting to sell it in the first place and then punch yourself in the d*ck and call it a lesson learned. Get a quality set of true duals and run a setup that wasnt designed by girl scout troop. If the true duals are run under the axle its because the exhaust was designed that way. Oh and also punch them in the d*ck for welding that pile of **** to your headers. Have a good day.

Good luck at getting them to "fix" it. I wouldn't let those jokers replace the muffler on my lawnmower, those welds are hideous. I'd try to get your money back and go somewhere else. Maybe print off a couple of pics from here to show them what it should look like(this will likely **** them off though
