there are a billion threads on those headers. at least. please search.

but truthfully the best bet is to get a muffler shop to build a custom y for you, eliminates problems associated with banging y/hanging too low. thats what i did and havent had any ground clearance problems even with dual cutouts in the y

ive never seen these in person, but if they r the same as any other header i would try to match it with something similar or have custom made.

what makes you think a custom y wont last as long as a prebent one? ive honestly never heard that before. not trying to be a jerk, but have never heard that. usually its the same cost and just an overall better option

the reason i questoin that is most true duals out there are custom, its the real way to MAKE SURE that you have the best fit possible, i really dont think that one will last longer than another one at all. you can even get one stainless to match the headers so the real difference is made by a group that has never actually seen YOUR car, and the other is fabbed up while on YOUR car. i paid $300 for install and custom y, which i think is a great deal. so im just saying that that will definatley be the best option if you plan on not changing your exhaust anytime soon. if i had to do it again, id do the same except buy a flowmaster y-merge, instead of just slamming pipes together. that just insures the best flowing y-setup you can have without sacrificing ground clearance

So a fabbed up y-pipe cost around 300? That is a good bit more than you can get some branded y-pipes. Is 300 the norm for shop built ones?

no the $300 for me paid for header installation as well. the y-pipe was in that cost, they are usually around the same cost as a prebent one, if not a bit more
