Default Lower Intake question

Is the SS lower intake the same as a WS6 lower intake? and I am reffering to the piece the LID sits on

WS6 lower intake sits higher than SS, Formula, Firehawk, Z28, T/A lower intake.

Bringing back from the dead since this goes along with my question hehe.

How much larger is the air gap on the WS6 box vs the rest? Im guessing since it sits higher this lower lid section will not work on other cars due to not fitting under the hood.

Does anyone have any modifications you can do to the lower lids to help get more airflow into the filter?

The best results come from getting a ram air kit and sealing up the front hole.

Yep! Take a look at the Fast Toys Ram Air Kit (FTRA) that we sell. It will siginificantly increase your performance.

Ive looked at those dont get me wrong. I dont know anyone in arizona with one though.

I was just bringing this back up to see if there was any way to modify the stock bottom lid section to increase some airflow into the box.

Just put something under it to space it up some.
