Default What diameter tubing for bellows?

Just curious what the diameter is for the bellows for our vehicles? My tape measure it buried god knows where or I'd measure it myself, lol.

Does it really matter? It will be going from a Fast 90 to a MTI clear lid, no MAF. I did a search and everyone says you can use a stock bellows on a 90mm set up so assumed the normal bellows size would work for me.

yes it def matters. on a stock tb u need a 3.5"-3.75" max hose. then u have to account for either a78mm stock maf or an 85mm maf (larger outer diameter) then there are lids that have a larger mouth the accept an 85mm maf without a couple or just a standard lid that accepts the stocker. u can squeeze a stocker on there if u trim the **** out of it and it will never fit on a stock car again. same can be done with the slp bellow. but then u have to account for the gap where the maf used to reside. so in short stay away from that jazz. i got a 4"x6" coupler from intakehoses.com and it went right on. its a hair big on the lid side but when u tighten the clamp it fits perfectly fine. this is the best i can do for a picture as i havent taken any since i was in the middle of working on it.

Actually, I'm looking for exactly what you have. I was just trying to find out exactly what diameter I need so I could order it. Wasn't planning on trying to fit a stock bellows on my setup, lol. Guess I'll order a 4x6 one, thank for the help.

BTW, I should be coming back over either the end of this coming week or the following weekend, have to check my schedule. I'll let you know so we can meet and I can get the bezel.

Save yourself some money and head on over to the plumbing department at home depot. By a Fernco 4" inlet 3" outlet coupling for $6, trim about 2-3 cm off of one side and install. Instant bellow. This is on a 90mm, btw.

How did you get the 4" side of that Fernco onto the TB?

I tried that part a few months ago, and there was so much extra space all around the TB to the 4" fernco it was rediculous.

Am I missing something?
