Flowmasters sound good on Ls1's. My Gibson sounds good as well. I never cared for the sound of Borlas on Ls1's. Sound is a personal preferrance.

I went from have a LM with chambered muffler inplace of resonator to an exhaust shop flowmaster 80 series. It sounds great at idle. I went with the FM because I knew it would be restrictive and quiet. I have nosy neighbors.

I seriously think I have lost about 10-15rwhp. Good thing my cutout came in today.

10-15 losst I dont think so for a street car I dont think it really make much of a difference but if you are a straight track guy I guess you need every little you get, I like the flows sounds good to me about to get my pacesetter headers put on this weekend cant wait to see what it sounds like.

I used to screech 2nd really hard from 1-2 and 2-3 the car would lose traction a bit again.

Now it just doesn't do that anymore. Also the car doesn't seem up pull past 70mph like it used to.
