i know the pics aren't the best, but you get the idea
so i installed my original throttle body and she was like new, so that one was definately the problem..... anyone have a PnP TB for sale?

Your idle will probably go up slightly; you're letting more air in. Even if it seals like it should; you're porting the hole to make it bigger and to allow more air to flow through, so more air gets past the opening when it is in the idle postion. Like i said; mine hovers between 750-800, i don't remember the stock idle rpm. A 150rpm jump seems a little high (unless you have a cam).
if that looks good, then look at the cavity inside the TB where the blade would sit when closed,,,is there sanding or tooling marks in that area? Then that could be the cause, and sounds like it is in this case (too much material off of the walls inside the TB)
