Default help me identify these headers

well i bought these off of a member here and he said they were pacesetters...well they arent..can anyone tell me for sure what they are? im thinking flowtech but im not positive..the o2 bungs are on the outside and they do have the 3 bolt flanges on the collectors, but after a closer look you can see that the collectors look to have been cut off and these flanges welded because the collectors look really short..somebody help me
