comps are 1 3/4, super comps are 1 7/8

yeah i guess they decided to re-label them, i guess as performance levels, comp and then super comp

well, i got a good deal on some super comps and ORY and found some brand new hooker LTs (i assume theyre comp) for barely more than what I could sell the old surface rusted super comps so i was trying to decided if it was worth messing with.

well that is all your decision, i just ordered the jethot lts which are just the hooker 1 3/4 with some slight improvements, so i guess i'm a hooker man now....................

im coating them with wal-mart spray paint. while not jethot, I imagine that it will help plus it will keep them from rusting beyond slight surface. ive cleaned them up pretty good but theres still some I cant get rid of. 1 7/8ths it is.

i have bought a high heat silver colored paint made by rust-oleum i believe from the home depot to repaint some stock mani's and it held up on the cast iron, dunno if it might work for you on the headers

I just fuond out the 2nd set are also super comps, so im a bit torn. bah. thanks for the info guys.

I think they are different tuned lengths and different gauge steel and different collectors and naturally prices. I think the supers are for big HP SC Turbo etc.
