***PRICE DROP*** NOW PORTING ALL TB'S INCLUDING LS1, LS2, Drive by wire FOR $50 SHIPPED through the end of June ONLY
The new phase of TB porting is now better than ever, and I've even dropped the price by a tad!! Take advantage of the "Broke man" TB porting program. The pictures below don't do it justice, as the porting has gotten better since these pics were taken. (Will get new ones up soon)
I GUARANTEE a 1 business day turnaround on having your TB back in the mail upon time of receiving it!
Feel free to shoot me a PM or email concerning details and pricing. This program really is designed for those trying to get that HP on a very tight budget. You won't be disappointed with the price or the work!
Here's a list of what work you get with our TB porting: Full port of entire housing, shaft modification, shorten screws for zero interruption in air passage, **NOW DOING THE BUMP STOP**

These may be dumb questions but can you tell me what the shaft modification is, and the bump stop mod are please? I will be sending out a TB to you, but I have 2 of them, the one on my 00 SS and one of a 98, I have heard the earlier ones have a shorter "throw" so to speak than the later ones, can you advise me on that and which one would be easier/better to port? I prefer to send the 98 since it is already off the car and will be mated to a LS6 manifold,
lastly you said the epoxy and knife edge show no HP improvement, which I am all good with that, but can you give an approximate gain for the porting?
Thanks and I will be sending mine to you in the next few days by what I have read here.

The "shaft modification" basically means you're taking out one piece of the shaft that's interfering in the air passage. When you flip open your TB you'll the bracket or "shaft" the blade slides through. The top part of that is removed for better air flow.
The bump stop mod in english means it will allow your TB to go true wide open throttle. From the factory 90% of GM throttle bodies are anywhere between 85-90% open, not allowing the vehicle to have true full throttle. The bump stop allows for the blade to open between 97-100%.
Neither old or new TB is any easier/harder to port. Just send whichever you'd like to have done (or both
