Brandon, send it on over. I definitely think you can benefit from it, as there is a TON of material in the truck TB's. Lemme know.

Empatho,

I'm working on getting some more cores. They're hard to come by these days cause so many other porters are snatching them up. I might have something I can send you in a day or two.

I don't charge core charges. Guys are sending their TB to me, I charge the flat rate, and send it back. No core charges to charge/refund.

Let me know, thanks!

Trust me, as soon as I can afford to have my car down for a few days, you'll be hearing from me.

I might have to do this when my car is down for a while when I do my cam swap in a couple weeks. Turn around time looks real good to me. How do you take payments?

I'm with him, I have an extra TB that came with an LS6 intake I just bought. At least I was told it was the correct TB, how does one tell?

So where to send it, etc...

So the deal is both the porting and the fix of the bump stop? Do you do the bump stop with an adjustable set screw or just grind it down?

Ah, last thing, any reason to keep the extra TB I will have at the end....

Thanks

Just received my tb back from damian. Wow great porting job, bump stop mod, and the half shaft mod. You wont find any price better than this, and it was such a quick turnaround it was like my car never had any down time.

Most guys are just purchasing a federal money order while at the post office shipping and drop it in the box. It's cheaper than paypal and federal MO's can be tracked. If you prefer paypal, I take that also (All fee's covered by customer)

Thank YOU Tavi, give it a couple of days for the PCM to learn the new air flow and you'll notice even more gains.

I don't have a dyno graph handy but I just had a customer do a back to back testing on a COMPLETELY stock car w/ my ported TB and it made 9rwhp/11rwtq consistently on every pull over the previous pulls without the TB. This is on a stock car, with zero tuning before or after.
