WHEW...

Ok guys the holidays swamped the hell out of me. I had 12 TB's show up all on Thurs-Fri. I got the first batch (8 of them) shipped yesterday, the rest will go out today.

Responding to everyone's PM's now. I apologize for the delays.

Woot mine is getting closer. Sorry about the shipping requiring a signature but those tards will leave anything sitting on a porch step to get stolen. And I wanted the best shipping available to cover both of us.

What does this bring the stock throttle body size up to?

You need to educate yourself a little better chief.

The porting, in fact, does change the inside diameter of the TB by opening it up to a full 75mm throughout. From the factory, the castings have a huge lip that shrinks down the I.D., along with several bumps, stops, burs, etc that can be smoothed out. It's a proven fact that a correctly ported TB increases HP/TQ, and been a proven fact on the LS1 engine for oh say about....10 yrs now. Both with dyno's and track results.

I also wouldn't have done 100+ of these things by now, with over 100+ happy customers if it didn't work.

Wolf,

As stated above, your stock TB is shrunk down on the inside due to casting flaws, lips in the perimeter, etc. Porting opens up the TB to it's "true" diameter.

I knew it would bump up the inside, just curious as to how much. 50 bucks for a 75mm beats spending a **** ton on a BBK 80MM that won't work my CAI, lol. Too bad I don't have the money for the 92/92.

Do you do walk-ins Damian? I'm in newnan, about 25 minutes south of atlanta on i-85. Would just like to avoid the hassle of shipping and receiving.
