Don't focus so much on what "size" the TB will be after porting. It's a proven 7-10 rwhp mod. Thats really the bottom line. And yes $55 is an excellent deal for 7-10rwhp considering some mods cost $200+ for the same HP gains.

Hmm...the only thing stopping me from doing this is that my camaro is my only car. I need to get to school, etc. Wish you had extras and I could ship mine back to you.

I actually do have some 98-99 cores. However they're missing the blades. I can port one, send it to you, you can swap your blade in, and ship your core back to me.

the size of the hole is one of the least concerns to have when it comes to airflow, believe it or not.
