Did you measure the pipe sizes to see if they are 1 3/4" and 3"? I am looking at some of those ones on E-Bay and they are doing it with a tape which appears they aren't doing it right. I would rather see an inside digital caliper so I sent them all a question.

Then why did you weld it? That looks more Non temp. Why not use band clamps

I have the same headers and they are 1.75 and 3"

Do you have the link or seller? I sent a message to three all about the same price but no response yet. I see one sells one that looks highly polished. I assume they didn't come with extensions? Wouldn't I need those for an 02 and where do you buy them?

they only come with gaskets but I didnt use them they were like neoprene or somthing i used gm gaskets.....these headers are really nice i have pics im gonna upload tommorrow comparing them to a so called"name brand"header....they make them look like junk......looks like one of the sponsors here would buy a bunch of these and start selling them.....
