LS6 valley cover and LS1 intake manifold?

I want to do the LS6 pcv mod on LS1howto that uses the LS6 valley cover. Will this valley cover work with an LS1 intake manifold? Are there any clearance issues with under side of the LS1 manifold?

Should be no clearance issues.
