Default LS1 Throttle cable bracket

I am currently building throttle cable brackets for the ls series motors. I have in my shop a 2000 camaro ls1 intake with EGR. I have finished a single and a double hole cable bracket. These fit and line just fine. I have had one of my guys try this on an ls6 intake and the throttle cable is not in line with the throttle body it is approx. 1/8" off. Does anybody have any info on these intakes being different?

GM must be making them again, I ordered one yesterday, and they said it was in TN. and be here next week. We will see.
We made one patterned off of an 02 SS with TC (LS6), and it works perfect with my old LS1 intake.

Not sure what to tell you. We made an exact copy off a bracket off of a 02 f body, it worked perfect on my 00 f body intake. Maybe your 02 LS1 came out of a vette, they have drive by while TB's, and the bosses are a little different (not finished machined) compared to the LS6 intake on the 01-02 f-body. The new bracket I ordered, (which was discontinued for a long time, I assume that is why you made them), is off of an 02 TA with traction control. I know this will work, since thats what we used as a pattern to make my old one. They are like $5.

Just picked up the bracket, retail was like $12. Let me know if you need dimensions from it.

Overall length is 2.740" , measurement from bracket mounting surface to center of first cable mount is 1.900", to center of second cable mount (cruise) is 2.140" with both mount bolt holes horizontal, the rear part where the cables mount, is at an aprx. 72* angle. The bottom of the slot for the throttle cable, appears to be about where the center of the rear bolt hole is. Hope this helps, let me know if you need something else.

Are you using an LS3 intake? If so I have a friend with the solution.
