I'm guessing the only cheap fix for this is to put a glob of weld around that area. Won't look good but it's cheap and it won't leak

They are inexpensive for a reason. Lots of people never have a problem. Those that do are PISSED! Warranty or not, how many will pull them off and return them?

You can't re-weld a collector. They weld that clover leaf piece between the pipes before they slip the collector on, then they weld the collector to the OD of it all.

I did stick weld a leak from the inside on a set of hedmans once and it worked.

Haha, any uncoated header will do that (unless you put out the bucks for stainless)

Well, you just solved my issue. I have the regular painted headers and i believe on the bottom of the headers right before the collector I was hearing an exhaust leak. I also notice rust there as well, and there has been times where theres condensation coming out of my tail pipes. Im going with coated ones next time around.

Its funny you guys mentioned about putting out extra bucks w/ stainless. I have stainless steel headers and my driver side header leaked at the same area. Doesn't matter to me anymore, mine is fixed.

I had exahuast leaks at every clamp from the PS headers to the rest of my stock exhaust...
Only cost me 200 at an exhaust shop to take the exhaust all apart and weld it back together.
I'm not even going to comment on the rattling against the floor boards...

Its your own fault for buying uncoated headers. If you would of paid the extra $100 you would not have rusty headers.

Your UNCOATED headers rusted? Wow, good reason to hate Pacesetter.

The condisation from my AC drips on my header and has caused that.
