Default Mufflex 3 In. Ory Installed Pics with video!

here are some clearance shots of my pacesetter LT's, mufflex 3 in. ORY into a magnaflow catback. i got rid of my hurrendous excuse for duals and put this on, it sounds great. its fairly quiet cruising but its actually louder than my duals wide open, and it just sounds nicer over all-more "growly" haha.

PS, does it look like the i pipe could be up a little higher? it was kind of tough to get it all together with no help w/o a lift so it can probably raised a bit...

edit-short sound/video clip ( not the best quality)

It looks good other than the low spot in front of the michelob box. Are you lowered at all? The Y pipe is always the probem for me. I really wish GM would have given us a little more room for exhaust with the design of the floor pan. The factory flat pipe tells me they put no thought into it whatsoever.

no im not lowered the the pipe on the drive side is two pieces, so it can be twisted around to maybe squeek out some more clearance, but i'll live with it right now. and yeah, GM gets the lazy call out for the factory y haha.

I had the same y pipe at one time. Mine tucked up a a little higher than yours does. I think a little tweeking and you can get a little more clearence. I never got to take clearence pictures because a few days after installing it I crushed it while driving on the highway

If you look at the last pic the driver side of the y pipe looks level. Anytime you can get a full 12oz. can under the pipe` and its 3" with no flat sections then it tucks pretty good.
