Sweet. I hadn't seen that before. I think I'll have to buy one. Anyone using one of these with a double roller timing set? Just wondering how it clears.

Just ordered the pulley but passed on the belt and bolt they offer.
Do I need just one belt or two? I don't trust getting belts over the Net and having them be the wrong size so does anyone know what works for this?
Anyone have the GM or other part number for a new balancer bolt and washer? Or can the stocker be reused?

I just installed the Summit UD pulley today. The install was very easy with the right tools. I am impressed with the quality of the pulley for the price. The Gatorback belts that I got with the pulley are a perfect fit. I did some driving to test everything, and there dosen't seem to be any negative side effects from it. I did notice better throttle respose. I'm going to the track Saturday to see if helps with my times.

Yeah, belt #'s are: GTR-4060763 and GTR-4040377. I used the pulley install tool from Chris (618HAWK), a must have! , a three arm puller with the smaller arms, a spare bolt (M16x2.0) I got at Home Depot to use as a base for the puller, and a torque wrench rated at 250#(rented from Pep Boys) . I also used a 2' section of exhaust pipe to put over the wrench for leverage. I did this all in my garage in about 2 1/2 hrs. The install was prettty straight forward. I broke the bolt loose from up top. Then from underneath, I switched bolts(Home Depot bolt) to use the puller The stock pulley came off easy once I had the right puller. Then I installed the UD pulley with the install tool with ease. I put the old bolt back in and torqued(240#) from up top. Then the new bolt went in at 37# and I turned the wrench about 120deg more. I made sure to put locktite on the new bolt and some RTV sealant on the keyway for the UD pulley. Every thing seem to line up just right. I did a lot of research here to find the easiest ways, and learned that the right tools would save a lot of time. I have a M6 so I put it in 5th gear and used the E brake to prevent the crank from rotating. I will have to wait until next weekend to get track results because of rain, but it definately feels quicker. I will get pics tomorrow.
