Default who makes big MAFs?

tryin' to figure out what MAF sensor to run. i don't want to go SD, actually i do, but it's not smart for my situation. i don't care how good the tuner is, where i live there are 4 distinct seasons and the car would be off for at least 3 of them.

i'll be running a 92/92 setup and don't want any restrictions in airflow besides the TB/intake opening itself, so i need at least a 92mm MAF to satisfy my needs and all i'm finding is 85mm Z06 MAFs...i guess i'm not looking in the right places.

i know TSP had a 100mm lid/MAF combo they were working on, anything happening with that? where else would i go?

thanks guys

Abaco, they are digital and you can reprogram them with the software.

They are pretty cool, I will be testing them soon.

Texas Speed and Lingenfelter both make nice 100mm MAFs.

You can go to the below link at hardcoreLS1.com for discussion about two different brands.

One is from Abaco Performance Mass Air Meters, and the other is from AFM. Both have different electronics for measuring higher air flows.

I'm running one of these right now on my 441 and like it alot but I'm still not quite convinced the tune is right yet. We had quite a hard time making the switch from the 85mm to the 100mm with tuning using the given frequency table that came with it. We kind've had to start from scratch and I really think there is alot left to be done in fine tuning this thing?! Traver

The Powrmax looks nice because if the MAF ever fails you just have to buy a stock GM sensor. If you already have a CAI, you can just make your own.
