Latest design in TB porting...
All the more reason to bolt on more goodies.

Correct. We have not found a noticeable improvement by knife edging the blade, but the 1/2 shaft is an option.

Thanks
ive seen guys claim to pickup 7=12 rwhp off a hand ported tb....this is saying the cnc tb will gain anywhere from 15-22 rwhp over stock.....i just dont see it you can only suck so much through a 75mm opening....
im not bashing this thread or product by any means the cnc work looks great however id like to see a little more testing...

Claims that a hand ported pick up that much would be just that....claims. We have been porting OEM throttle bodies for the past 6 years & put out some of the nicest work out there, and have yet to see any MEASUREABLE RWHP gains from hand porting that we could verify. Very noticeable low end throttle response yes, power no. This is obvious when you look at the offset bore of the stock units. The amount of turbulence created from the different slped sides is the issue....and Pete's CNC design pattern is what "straightens" the flow out to increase the volumetric efficiency. Something the smooth finish of hand porting cannot accomplish.
Yes, the LS2 is finished....just waiting for the final testing before they are ready to ship. We have both Y & F body CNC units in stock.....but we are short on cores so your core is a must.
