i didn't know they were still making the xs headers with emissions. they look exactly like mine...word of advice..get the longer emissions tube cut off and welded shut if you don't plan on using it..because it will eventually break off

I have them on my car now.
The driver side header will either need to be pie cut and bent down then rewelded or you will have to bend the y pipe down off the header to clear the floor. No amount off flattening of the pipe will clear the floor.
The driver side of my k member was not touching the header but was very close so I went ahead and notched it a little.
The passenger side header will have 1 of the tubes resting on the k member. The k member will have to be notched substantially to clear that.
Now the quality of the headers are awesome. Would I buy them again? Probably so. Once all of the notching was done and correcting the angle of the driver side collector was done I had a set of nice looking headers made out of the best materials on the market.

Recieved mine today and I am currently installing them... I love the way they look... CLEAN. Only thing is my jack sucks... it doesnt lift high enough.

Alright, I got mine put on yesterday. The drivers side K member has to be notched. (Mine was already done from my old pacesetters) The passenger side fit with no K member modifications and has a good 1/4in gap between where the tube comes close to the k member. Other then that I had them done in less than two hours, including the time it took to cut off all the egr ports and weld them up, install the spark plugs, coils, etc.
Now to see how long they will last, the quality looked great, the welds perfect and the metal didnt seem cheap after welding on it. I was expecting it just burn through but it didnt and I highly recommend these headers to any on a budget. For $206 shipped you cant beat that.

I had my drivers header cut and rewelded down as mentioned and the ypipe modified to work with cats. I also had the exhaust shop make a bumpstop bracket to reduce any banging. So far so good.

These headers are great value for money. How they can produce them for cost of pacesetters is beyond me. I too would be upset if I paid the same for mild steel headers. These are far nicer than pacesetters imo.

Only fitment problem I had was with the Passenger side ... THe first hole didn't match up. Other than that and the notch on the driver side they work, look and sound freakin nice. Now I can hear my Cam perfectly even with the cutout closed and original muffler
........I bought his last set
