Exhaust volume...How loud is too loud?!

i have longtubes ory a cut out and magnaflow its quiet with the cutout closed but loud as **** when open i have sound clips in youtube in my sig

My personal favorite with longtubes is Magnaflow.

I had the Loudmouth with longtubes, and hi-flow cats. I cut it off. It wasnt the loud that bothered me...it was the tone.
