its depends on the mufflers you use and if you dump before the axle or not. My car with cats 2 1/4 pipe into to flowmasters dumped before the axle had so my drone. I hated them and ended up just cuttin the mufflers off and just runnin cats. Its quieter but doesnt sound as good but I have no interior drone now. I think if you went under or over the axle out the back it would be the best sound in my opinion dependin on the mufflers.

I have 2 cats and edelbrock 304 mufflers. THe sound inside the cabin with the windows up is bearable. There is a drone, but NOTHING like say TSP TD's. When I had them on, it was unbearable IMO for a daily driver....Mine are dumped before the axle

Go with Magnaflow mufflers. Quiet, but flow really well.

Well check out the system I had done, true duals with cats, bullets, dumped at the back, zero drone as of yet, then again it has only been on the car about a month.

You want drone, run a set of flowmasters, I had one on the Camaro, drone, I have them on my olds.... drones to the point it will give you a nice headache, on my suburban, that monster still drones a bit, I think it's the nature of a flowmaster to drone at about 2k to 2,5k rpm.

But here is the system I ended up with and am very happy with it, sounds good but not ear damage loud, actually can be mellow at idle.
