relocated battery, installed kill switch, battery voltage lower then normal!!
ok i installed my kill switch in the back with a lever, i used a painless wiring alt relay(so the car turns off when u shut the master switch), and i relocated the battery to the back, ok when i start the car the battery voltage reads little bit over half on the volt meter on our cars, but after 5 to 10 mns of driving it goes under the halfway point, but dosnt reach the red dots on the volt meter, whats causing this? by the car isnt turning off when the voltage goes down, before i did all this it would be at the half way poing when engine is running, now its lower, would an optima help this?
im kinda thinking since the cable are so long, the alternator is having trouble recharging the bat?

well i disconected the alternator from the battery, and imediately the battery voltage went even lower, then what it was, i reconected quickly and voltage went up , to were it sat right before the red dots, so i know the alternator is making power, i honestly think the ud pulley is making prob, cause of the distance of the battery, im gonna try and put the overdrive alternator pulley, when it comes in!! if that dont work then im gonna take the battery and have it checked, if it checks out fine then a new alternator it is

will do, the problem was that, i also installed a amp relay. So that when i kill the battery, the alternator would die as well. What i didnt know is that the amp relay draws current even when the car is off. So when im not at the track it has to be disconected!!
