Idling problem with new intake.
Mine did this when I swtiched to a ported TB for some reason. Is your TB sealed good & the blade fully closing? Is the TB blade drilled? From the sound of it a small tweak in your tune could eliminate your problems. On mine the problem was the TB blade had too big a hole drilled in it.

No I installed this ported throttle body with my ls6 intake and had no problems. It's gotta be the PCM. I can be stopped and idle is normal.. I can go 1mph and the idle goes crazy.

A shop did what they call a "smoke test". Smoke came out from the back of the intake or around that area. They said it's a vacuum leak or some kind of knock off plate? charging me 80 dollars and hour. This intake is costing me more than 400 dollars lol
ts why there was some RTV around the area. I had on installed there but removed it. I used the bolt to help secure the sensor but then ran a FAT bead of RTV around it to ensure no possible leaks. I'd be willing to bet thats the culprit. That bottom plate looked like it was sealed very well.
I didn't even think to ask you about how you mounted the MAP sensor.

I cut some black tubing and slid on then the orange rubber thing on the tube and it fit pretty snug. I was thinking about that plate on the bottom of the intake today as well. I didn't check it either.
