Which is the right head gasket

Fel-pro make three different bore sizes for there MLS head gaskets. My parts store guy sold me the ones with 4.1 bore will those be okay or will I need the 3.94 ones. What difference does it make

You just answered your own question... 3.90" is stock bore size.
