That wouldn't be a stock exhaust system, you have a dumped exhaust. That adds power.

Full Bolt-ons will get you around 350rwhp. Don't believe all the hype about these factory freaks. 9 times out of 10 something was done and not mentioned or the Dyno's where tweaked.

I tend to favor Mustang dynos over all others. More accurate IMO.

Typically Autos dyno 290ish, Manuals 305ish. You can estimate about 50rwhp for full bolt-ons putting you in that area.

but I gotta ask...what is the difference between a mustang dyno and other dynos? what types of dynos are there? is one more accurate than another or something?

you already have the ls6 intake so FAST isnt needed.

lid, longtubes, true duals, electric water pump, UD pulley should get you to 360-380rwhp easy.

dont waste your money on the following:
-new MAF
-smooth bellows
-anythign SLP offers

A mustang dyno shows lower #s than a dynojet, which dynos higher. IDK all the dif. types, some else can help with that. Accuracy is in the eye of the beholder IMO.

That's believable. 350+rwhp STOCK I will never believe. (not saying you said that, but I think somebody did...or has).

I guess all i'm saying is people need not get all wound out about dyno numbers be them high or low. Too many external factors effect the accuracy. I haven't even dyno'd my car because I see no point. I can compare mods with track times. I know i'm in the 340rwhp-ish area (full bolt-on stalled A4; M6 probably be 360rwhp-ish).

It's no problem to make 350rwhp with bolt ons & no fast Intake. I've personally engine dyno tested the Fast 92mm intake on a stock motor & it did pickup power, but it was only 9-10 if memory serves me correctly.

That being said determining how far past 350 is all based on your mods.

The TSP 1 7/8" headers made several more hp over a 1 3/4 header on our dyno test. If you ran a 1 7/8" TSP header to a good flowing exhaust/cutout.

Something Like This:

TSP 1 7/8" Headers
Off- Road Y Pipe
Cutout
Lid
85mm Maf
ASP 25% Underdrive Pulley
Ported TB (every last 1-2 hp counts!)

You could easily break 350rwhp.
My gut is you could even break 360rwhp with a electric cutout....

If you are talking about at or corrected values to sea level, yes, you can get there without opening the engine up. Altitude corrected, since I'm over 5K feet elevation here, I came out at 362rwhp on a Mustang dyno. You can see my mods in my signature and I did have it dyno tuned with EFI Live. Being at altitude kills almost 80hp. Sure is a gas when I drive the Power Tour and get down in the nice thick air.

This is my car back in the day with just a mti lid and gmmg catback, and having just gotten tuned which lost me 4hp. Very doable.

Why would it lose power with the tune?

dont get caught up too much on numbers. I wanna see results at the track. You might only have a 340 at the wheels. But if you are sitting on 3.73 gears and 4400 stall then you are in a different bracket
