Look into a cam around 224/224 and .60x lift IMO. Should be a great cam for a DD.

He said he has 1.8 rockers. You need to be careful on the cam you pick. Or go back to 1.7 rockers. You need to figure the extra lift that the 1.8's give, for the cam chosen.

There's a reg xfi grind. Then a xfi high lift grind. Which one was they suggesting. Either one will work with the 1.8's.

I have a 228/232 .588/.595 110+4 it is not a DD, only weekend summer car. But i wish i would have gone bigger. This cam has great street manners.

i had a 228/222 with a 115lsa for my first cam and it was a great daily driver. I only daily drive it for three months then got a new car and a bigger cam for the TA.

What are your plans for the car? Do you have a certain power goal you are wanting to achieve or is driveability your main concern. Give us some more details and I will see what we can do to help you find a cam that will get you where you are wanting to be!
