The heads will make the power so bigger valves and opening them up a little will certainly help a lot.
We just completed a 408 for a customer who went with TSP stage 1 heads and an MS4. 470 rwhp and 450tq, you would be in that range with stage 2.5 heads. With that 224/224 cam you could go stage 3, not sure of TSP stages, an have a very strong low to mid rage setup with decent top end.
The 408 with stage 1 heads and the ms4 is soft below 3000 rpms but screams above that.
bookoo low-mid range power, not so much above 6,000 rpm. would be great for a truck or something doing pulling. in a car i think you'd want a larger cam. it would be out of steam early (~5800-6000rpm i'd guess) and leave a lot of power in a larger cam swap.
run it and see if you like it. it's not like changing cams is hard to do. you may love it and would've otherwise been kicking yourself had you bought a different cam.
