Will the Hotchkis STB still fit over that thing?
Don`t know one of the 346 cars we want to test has one I guess we will see.

I was just wondering what did the 427 solid roller ended up putting down overall.

A C5 does have more room and it fits

Nate
Just to verify, this intake will fit on an F-body right? More specifically, an F-body with a Firehawk hood?

Nate nice numbers but......

We find it amusing that you post this intake and the recent billet rails like they are something new that you designed.

We have had these 2 items for a long time. The intake has recently had some updates that "WE" suggested from previous testing. The builder finally took our suggestions and made the intake and now it's showing some great numbers.

this is just a reminder for you

good luck with the biz

This post seems misleading to me. Too few details. A HUGE gain is being claimed but we don't know all of the specs on the car. Also, we don't know if the Holley intake was just a POS. My $.02.

Doing some testing on our new sheet metal intake. On a 427 solid roller motor the Nasty Performance intake picked up 43RWHP over a ported Holley intake that flowed 10% over a LS6 manifold. We have some more tricks to try on the production version that should make even more power. We have several more cars to test it out on so we should have a good idea of how it will preform on any application. We are even pretty confident that we have an inprovment over the LS6 intake on a 346 car...to be tested. Love to hear any comments or if you have any questions. Please let us know.
I have pics and dyno sheets but do not have them hoste
i dont see any missleading. he stated the motor was a 427 and it gained over a previous intake, but the most important statment is that he said that more testing is under way to confirm the improvment, and see what improvment over an LS6 intake. comon guys dont bash, be happy we are getting more options, just becuz it doesnt suit YOUR application doesnt mean it isnt a good thing for other folks. besides the price of this thing (and other sheetmetal intakes) are wayyy outta most of our price range anyway so why bitch about somthing youll never buy anyway. props to NASTY!

Hmmmm....... that looks exactly like my Speed Inc intake and fuel rails.
nope i just bought some of nastys rais and parts, they are not speed incs., besides how diffrent can you make rails look anyway my cam looks like a thunder cam but it isnt...

Like I said. It's misleading. The holley flowsed 10% more than stock? Who is to say that holley didn't result in a 30rwhp decrease in power? It isn't a very good baseline. I'm not bashing the intake. Fo all I know it's the best thing out there. Just saying the data doesn't tell me much. A dyno sheet, some cam/motor specs would tell more as well.

Yes it will be available with fogger fittings or different fuel rail mounts for the nozzles.

And yes Speed inc HAD an intake simmilar that never worked. And we have tested several differant designs in the past 2 years. I have a nuff of these that don`t work to make me a coffee table out of them. And thanks for the luck Larry.

DAMN IT!!! bouild something for the trucks. But i know there is not enough demand so that will never happen.
We also have a truck with a 422 that may get to test this. I do believe it will fit a truck.

Nate
