are tsp stock length 7.4 hardened pushrods good for my build? 2000 ls1 with 243 heads,comp 918 springs, and a mti 224/224@112 lsa cam? using stock gm mls gaskets too

They should be fine, but I'd get a PR length checker, its only 20 bucks. I bought one from comp, and I still ended up using 7.4's. Its just piece of mind. If something were wrong after the build you would know that it wasn't the PR's length.

I went with 7.425's, but 7.4's should work just fine.

i would go with 7.425s as well. i did 7.4s with my 224 and all is well except for a little noise ha ha.

If you want to be sure check for proper length is really the only way to be sure and for best performance. You should also look into a 11/16 or 3/8 push rod rather than the 5/16 push rods. There's a little power in the bigger diameter push rods over the smaller 5/16 diameter.
