Default better DD cam for 5.3

I currently have a custom ground TR224/224 .563/.563 on a 110LSA+4

and I'm wanting something to be more streetable and not so damn rough at idle it wakes up my baby in the back seat becuz the truck shakes back and forth so much.

I wouldn't mind going bigger if ya'll think my lil 5.3 while handle it. as long as it idles better

My supporting mods are:

pacesetter longtubes
fuddle 3200 stall
4.10 gears
stock truck intake (for now but like the new edelbrock tunnel ram intake I have seen pictures of.)
32lb 8.1 injectors (may be close to maxxed out now, will be if I get the intake)
PRC stage 2.5 heads milled to 57cc

I put down 390rwhp and 366rwtq with this set-up.

thanks for your input.

That would idle better than what you have now but might not fit . You need to check the p/v clearance and see where you stand .

224/224 @.050 .609"/.600" 114lca+4

This cam would pull to a higher rpm [acting like a bigger cam] and would definately idle better than what you have now . Might not be as responsive/explosive down low but it would still rip .

Custom grind on CompCams XFI cam lobes .

yes, but since the combustion chamber is larger than the stock 5.3 heads it would lower your compression ratio.
