Default Replacement Lifter Suggestions

We're in the process of building my LS1 382. I'm pretty excited pistons and rods arrived yesterday!

However, we discovered the engines set of OEM LS1 lifters have been misplaced. I'd planned to use OEM as OEM is working very well in my 99 T/A. I've read several threads about lifters etc.

The new engine is a mild 382 build that will see at most 6,600 rpm. Ramp rate for the cam will be XE-R or very similar. Spring pressure is in the 140 to 350. This is going in a daily driver car so the lifters need to be able to live for long time. Stock like longevity is required.

I think the LS7 lifters would be a good replacement?

I'm open to other suggestions too.

The Morel or similar are too much $$$ for my budget.

LS7 lifters are a solid replacement, they will meet and exceed all your requirements for cheap.

The Caddie 7K rpm lifter are having issues cracking under certain high lift circumstances as they slide up too far in the lifter bore and "chafe" against the sides. Plus they are more expensive anyways

Put new OEM stockers in it, or Melling #JB2079s in it.
