Valvespring kit, pushrods, ls6 or high volume oil pump, ls2 timing chain, gaskets/crank bolt, and spring compressor.

I would go with Patriot's or PRC's. Can beat the price on their spring kits.

No..LOL

The valvesprings and pushrods yes, but you dont need an oil pump or a timing chain. The timing chain is a good idea and insurance but not a requirement.

The oil pump people swap out because a couple 98-99's had a failure issue at 100,000 miles way back when... or that was the rumor.

So the timing chain and oil pump are not required at all. Some look at it as cheap insurance.

A spring good to .600 lift is all you need. PAC1218 is what I would go with in this case. Its a direct drop in replacement, no need to change seats or seals. You dont need a dual spring, overkill isnt always a good idea when it comes to valve springs.

I can set you up with a proper package if you like.

What size pushrods do I need? 7.4?

Arent the PAC1218 the same as the 918s?

Will the pushrod length still work if I change out the heads? Sorry I dont know alot about the internals of an engine.

These are the two parts I want? (LS6 Oil Pump & LS2 timing chain)
Part numbers...12586482....17801830? Basically just an extra $100?
